Jen serves as our Director of Operations, bringing the heart of an educator and the vision of a leader to everything she does. With a Master’s degree in Education, she combines thoughtful guidance, structure, and a deep understanding of people to ensure our practice runs with intention and excellence.

Born in Haiti, Jen carries with her a strong sense of community, resilience, and warmth that shapes her leadership style. She is dedicated to creating an environment where our members feel supported, respected, and inspired.

Above all, Jen is a proud mother who treasures time spent with her family. Her commitment to both her professional role and her loved ones reflects the balance, care, and integrity she brings to our community each day.
