Born in Russia and raised in Siberia, Irina discovered her artistic voice at an early age, famously transforming wallpaper into her first canvas with jam at just four years old. That spark of creativity grew into a lifelong passion for design and innovation.

With a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) and an MBA, Irina brings together refined design expertise and strategic business insight. Her professional journey began in traditional architecture and naturally evolved into Digital Marketing, where artistry meets communication.

Irina curates the L’AVENUE Derm’s visual identity and online presence. She is devoted to creating a warm, engaging experience that fosters meaningful connections with patients. As the first point of contact for our members, she ensures every interaction reflects the clinic’s elegance, professionalism, and heart.

Her journey from Siberia to New York is a testament to her creativity, resilience, and passion for bringing beauty and innovation to everything she does.
