L’avenue derm operates as a member-exclusive service, meaning membership is required in order to see one of our experts. However, we understand that some individuals may have an established history with our experts. In recognition of those prior relationships, we reserve the right to offer special introductory membership rate or waive the membership requirement entirely for any patient who has previously seen one of our experts. Our aim is to balance our exclusive membership approach while still accommodating valued patients who have trusted our dermatologists with their care in the past.

Membership dues are non-refundable. Members can pause their membership for the year or cancel at any time.

The intake is a member’s very first visit with us. It is designed to be an immersive, personalized experience to thoroughly understand our member’s unique skin history, beauty aspirations, and overall wellness goals. During this 90-minute intake session, our expert team will meticulously analyze the member’s skin, scalp, and hair using cutting-edge AI technology, establishing a personalized baseline that illuminates the nuances of your skin and hair needs. Complement this comprehensive assessment with a thoughtful consultation, either in-person or virtually, with our in-house nutritionist, who will explore your lifestyle habits and identify opportunities to optimize your health in harmony with your skin goals. Our holistic approach ensures your treatment plan is tailored not only to your aesthetic vision but also supports your overall well-being from the inside out. While this initial visit focuses on consultation and assessment, it lays the essential groundwork for all subsequent procedures in each member’ personalized treatment plan. These follow-up appointments can be conveniently scheduled at their leisure, ensuring that their journey towards achieving their ultimate skin and hair health goals is both enjoyable and accommodating to our members’ busy lifestyle.

Our core mission is to provide highly personalized experiences and support tailored to every member’s specific skincare needs. In order to maintain this dedicated focus on individualized attention and service, we have made the thoughtful decision not to offer a single family membership option. However, we still want to recognize and appreciate the significance of family. That’s why we’ve created our loyalty appreciation program. Under this program, when multiple members of the same family join our community, we provide each family member with a 10% gesture of appreciation off their individual membership fee. This supports the family’s collective skin health goals while easing the financial impact of multiple memberships.

While our promotional offers cannot typically be combined, we make a special exception for your birthday. On this momentous occasion, we extend an exclusive birthday offer that can be applied in addition to any other promotions running at that time. This allows you to maximize your savings and indulge in our treatments as a celebration of you. For all other occasions, you have the flexibility to select the offer that provides the greatest value and aligns with your skincare needs and goals.

All treatments, with the exception of aesthetician services, are performed by our board-certified dermatologists or plastic surgeons.

Your health is our top priority every day of the week. We mean it when we say uncompromised convenience. We’re here for you, both in person and virtually. While our standard hours cover all holidays, special holiday appointments may incur an additional fee.

We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation administrative fee.

Our transparent, patient-focused approach includes accepting a variety of payment options at the time of service, including cash, debit cards, all major credit cards, Health Spending Accounts (HSAs), Flex Spending Accounts (FSAs) and CareCredit. Members have the option to utilize their insurance coverage for pathology fees, bloodwork, and prescriptions.
